The frigate institution welcomes sailors to the frigate harbour, from where you have a wonderful view of Fregatten Jylland (the Frigate Jyllandand the frigate island.
The frigate harbour was appointed TS-harbour in 2005, which means that the more than 100 members of Traeskibs Sammenslutningen ships are allowed two days free of charge. The dept of the harbour is 4 meter and when approaching the guests have to berth the bridges to the east and south. The bridges inside the museum area, the west bridge and the central quay are reserved ships at the ship yard. The sailors at the frigate harbour will experience the new fancy toilet and shower facilities in connection with the new established café. Entrance to to these facilities can be obtained by approaching the Frigate Jylland entrance. Port charges should be paid to our harbour master or at the entrance to the museum. Dkr. 10,- per person per day will be charged for electricity and water. If the vessel is berthed inside the museum area, the west bridge and central quay, all persons will have to pay entrance fee to the Frigate Jylland.
